Our holiday home is located in an environment surrounded by charming mountains, in an area rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural value, with a spectacular view, in the historic center of the city. "Aufidena Apartment" is a hospitable and refined structure that pays attention to detail.
Travelers staying with us can appreciate and purchase products from local artisans, attend cultural events and exhibitions, take long walks and be amazed by the numerous gardens and splendid landscapes in the area.
A short distance from the property, guests will find sports centers and gyms to stay in shape, as well as ski resorts for all winter sports enthusiasts.
Our residence is the perfect location for all traveling families who will feel at home here, for those seeking peace and tranquility in close contact with nature, away from the noise and bustle of the city.
We will provide our guests with an apartment consisting of a double bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, terrace, free wifi, and the freedom to return at any time during the night. Up to 4 guests can stay with us.
Upon request, you can take part in excursions (trekking, cycling/mountain biking) to admire the beauty of our landscape.
There is no breakfast but there is a welcome consisting of sweet and savory snacks, drinks and coffee pods
Ancient Samnite center, known as the town of the Doctors, because in the past there was a high number of graduates compared to the number of inhabitants, and pavers and stonecutters who adorned the streets and squares of Rome, including the historic Piazza San Pietro, with the famous cobblestones obtained by working the stone. The town is annexed to the medieval castle of Prince Caracciolo of Cellammare; still today you can see the walls of the Castle and the Norman Tower with an octagonal plan of the X-XI century.
An important tradition is the working of stone: flints, jambs, external ladders, can be observed in the narrow streets of the town.
To testify the importance of the figure of the paver, the monument to the paver was created in the Villa Comunale by the sculptor Sandro Pagliuchi.
The Villa Comunale was defined as a Botanical Garden by the University of Naples at the end of the 19th century, due to the significant presence of botanical varieties.
